Thoughtful, evidence-based therapy with an experienced clinical psychologist.

Individual, warm and focused on creating lasting change. Cedar Psychology offers telehealth sessions Australia-wide.‍ ‍

Cedar Psychology is a Melbourne-based telehealth practice offering individual therapy for adults across Australia. Clinical psychologist Natalie O’Connor brings over 15 years of experience to every session, and a commitment to understanding the drivers of your distress and how it impacts you personally.

Therapy with Natalie draws on Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), an active, evidence-based, emotion focused therapeutic technique that allows for reduction in distress and promotes long lasting change. Schema-based strategies are often also used to help understand how early life experiences shape current patterns in relationships and wellbeing, and mindfulness-based techniques may be used to support your progress. In this way therapy is individually tailored to improve relationships and create lasting change.
